Justine Carder is an experienced healthcare operational and strategic manager with a background in service improvement, program delivery, and system level coordination across paediatric cancer services. She is the Director of the Victorian Paediatric Integrated Cancer Service (PICS), where she leads statewide collaboration to strengthen models of care and improve outcomes for children and families. Justine brings extensive experience from both the UK and Australia and is recognised for her collaborative leadership, practical problem solving, and commitment to building high performing, patient centred services.
