Andreas Halman is a researcher and clinical bioinformatician in the Cancer Therapies group at the Murdoch Children’s Research Institute. With formal training in neuroscience and bioinformatics, he has conducted research across disciplines and developed novel methods in neurogenetics to improve the discovery and diagnosis of rare diseases. His current focus is on precision medicine, aiming to utilise genetic information to improve treatment outcomes for paediatric oncology patients.
