Dr Denitza Mironova

MBBS FRACP MPH

Dr Denitza Mironova is a Paediatric Oncologist and Haematologist at Perth Children’s Hospital (PCH) in Western Australia. She is the medical lead of the Paediatric Oncology Survivorship program at PCH. She is an active member of the ANZCHOG Survivorship and Transition group and serves as the group’s representative on the CoLab Survivorship Reference Group.  

Dr Mironova previously undertook a Clinical Research Fellowship in Paediatric and Adolescent Oncology Drug Development at the Royal Marsden Hospital (UK) and continues to work in the clinical management of patients enrolled in early-phase clinical trials at PCH.  

In the area of survivorship, Dr Mironova contributed to the working groups responsible for developing the renal surveillance guidelines for the International Late Effects of Childhood Cancer Guideline Harmonization Group and was the Principal Investigator for an ANZCHOG study examining outcomes and late effects of survivors of infant Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. She is passionate about survivorship care and improving outcomes for cancer survivors now and into the future.
