Funding Information Sessions

In-person and virtual funding information sessions
With $3.5 million available across our Next-Generation Therapies, Safer Therapies, and Future Leaders Impact Programs for the 2025-26 funding round, we’re hosting information sessions to help childhood cancer researchers and clinicians gain key insights into accessing our funding opportunities.
Funding applications must be led by one of our Victorian CoLaborators, so we’re holding three in-person sessions across the Parkville and Clayton precincts, as well as a virtual session.
Why attend our information sessions?
At our information sessions, childhood cancer researchers and clinicians will learn about:
- Our funding principles
- Evaluation and eligibility criteria
- Key grant conditions
- The application process for our Impact Program funding opportunities
- Our preference for collaborative research.
Importantly, you will have the opportunity to ask our team questions about our grants, ensuring you have all the necessary information to submit a competitive Expression of Interest (EOI) that aligns with our funding priorities. EOIs will open in September 2025.
In-person sessions
We strongly encourage anyone interested in applying for Children’s Cancer CoLab funding to attend an in-person session at either Parkville or Clayton. As well as meeting our team and hearing firsthand about our grants, you’ll have the opportunity to connect with colleagues and discuss potential collaboration - a key evaluation criteria.
