Vivienne Petroff

Vivienne Petroff is a seasoned corporate finance executive with extensive experience in finance, accounting, and strategy. She is an Executive Director at Flagstaff Partners, a leading independent corporate finance advisory firm in Melbourne. Ms Petroff has advised on numerous M&A transactions in the retail, consumer, financial services, and technology sectors for clients including ANZ Bank, Treasury Wine Estates, and REA Group. She has also held roles at REA Group and Deutsche Bank.

Ms Petroff is currently a Board Director at the Children’s Cancer Foundation. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne and is currently undertaking an MBA at Melbourne Business School. She is also a Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants and the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
